NJ Permit to Carry a Firearm Qualification as of 9/15/23 ~
You will need a cover garment ( shirt/jacket, etc), Holster IWB/OWB (no nylon) for this course.
If you have never drawn a firearm from holster before, please advise prior, as you may need to take a holster course prior to the permit testing process. This service will be at a separate time and will not be done at the qualification test. The proficiency test is not a training course.
Safe handling, proper loading/ unloading, concealed holster carry draw and live fire. This is required for NJPTC qualifications as per 9/15/23 NJPTC CCARE. The course of fire (50 rounds) & Use of Force.
We will read through the NJ CCARE Use of Force Packet and all the safety protocols process before any live fire starts.To achieve a Passing score of 80% Proficiency, participant must place a minimum of 40 shots within the FBI Q target silhouette to be awarded a qualification sheet. This is not negotiable.
