MRS Simulations :: Order of Simulation Pipeline Steps
This survey focuses on the chronological aspect of how spectra should be simulated.

Assuming all of the steps below are included in a simulation protocol, please order them in chronological order according to when they should be applied. Assume macromolecule and lipid signals are included in the basis set and the outputs should be in the time domain. 

*Please note: For your convenience, the options are presented in a suggested chronological order. If you agree with this order, then you can click submit at the very bottom. If you disagree with certain parts, you can specify those specifically. All questions that are left blank will be assumed to be in the correct order.

To clarify, if you want to move Step 5 to after Step 2, for example, please change the numbers for all affected steps. In this case, that would be Steps 3, 4, and 5.
