OCDSB IB Transfer (2020-2022 School Years)
Please note that you must live in the OCDSB IB Catchment Area of the school to which you are applying. Failure to do so may mean that we are unable to place you in an IB Programme and you will have to attend your local home school instead.

In a situation where an applicant may not know their address for next year we ask you to consult the OCDSB IB Boundary Map and ensure that your dwelling will be within the boundary of the school to which you apply.

If you are applying to transfer into Grade 11 or 12 for the 2020-2021 school year you MUST select Colonel By Secondary School.

If you are applying to transfer into Grade 12 for the 2021-2022 school year you MUST select Colonel By Secondary School.

All transfers are subject to space at the IB school. Should you not hear from the school prior to the start of the school year you are applying for, please take that as an indication that the school has not been able to accommodate the transfer due to space in the program.

The IB Programme in the OCDSB carries with it a $325 annual fee and students and their families are responsible for the cost of the IB examinations over the grade 11 and 12 year. Financial assistance is available upon request.
