TalentCorp FWA Readiness Assessment
Flexible working arrangements (FWA) are loosely defined as arrangements that aim to provide greater flexibility to employees in the time and location that they work. It is a shift from traditional working practices to one that better meet the needs of employees. The readiness assessment is aimed at assisting organisations in assessing their maturity and readiness to implement a more comprehensive and sustainable FWA policy based on key indicators of PEOPLE, PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY.  

This assessment consists of 28 questions distributed evenly across 7 FWA criteria as well as some demographic questions. For each question, select the statement which most closely describes your organisation. The questions are graded as either Starting, Essential, Accelerating, or Trailblazing.

You are required to complete all questions. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be presented with a personalised report containing your organisation's scores and a high-level implementation recommendation.
