10am - 5pm, volunteer for any 3-6 hour time span
Volunteer tasks include the following::

• Put together a bag for each table with paper towels, wetnaps and newspapers
• Put plastic tablecloths on the tables
• Stick numbers and instructions on tables (they’re in plastic sleeves with adhesive)
• Booth and beer service counter setup
• Entrance gates setup

Lunch provided. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.

9am – 3pm
Check in at 9am, Volunteer shift 10am – 3pm.

Event T-shirt and crawfish provided. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.

Ticket scanners: we will use an app on our phone to scan tickets. Setup and training will be held at 9am. Charging stations will be available to recharge phones. Bring your charger.

Greeters: Greet attendees in line outside the gates, ensure they are at the right gate, in the correct line. And answer additional questions.

Grab bag sales: Walk the site and offer a grab bag chance. For $10 the guest pulls a gift card with a value of $10 or more from the bag. The guest always gets a gift card!

Silent auction booth and promotion: Draw people into the silent auction and encourage them to bid on items. When auction ends, assist with gift distribution.
