For members to nominate for the Team of the Year category they must complete the nomination below. All nominations will be assessed on the Award criteria.

Nomination Period for 2019/20 takes in the following Events, 2019 Vawdon Cup, 2019 NYC, 2019 NRL Touch Premiership, 2019 Country Championships, 2019 State Cup, 2020 Junior State Cup & 2020 NTL.

This nomination will be confirmed in writing after nominations close 5pm Wednesday 1st June
