2. Send us your proof of credential by:

     -EMAIL: Send an email to rani@sonoma.edu with FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL MATHEMATICS APPLICATION in the subject line and attach proof of your multiple subject or single subject teaching credential.

   
*There is no fee to participate in the FLM institute. SSU Extended Education fees will be covered (9 units). Test registration and credential fees will be entirely refunded to those who complete the institute. Textbooks and other materials will be covered by the participant.
Enrollees will need to register for the July/August administration of the Algebra CSET Mathematics Subtests and the January 2022 administration of the Geometry Subtest.
