Complete this application for the 2024-2025 school year if your child is entering Pre-Kindergarten- 6th grade and will need Before Care and After Care Services. All students accepted into the program are served at Paragould Primary.
Before Care drop off begins at 6:15 a.m. students that attend another campus will be bused to their campus from Primary in the morning.
After care begins at dismissal through 5:30 p.m. Students will be bused from their campus to Primary for grades 2nd-6th.
$25 Registration fee is required upon acceptance into the program

Applicants must choose the same days each week, all days signed up for will be charged even when the student is absent. Fill out a separate form for each child needing services.
After applications are processed, you will be notified if your child has been accepted into the program. All students must be attending Paragould School District for the 2024-2025 school year.
If fees are not paid and become two weeks past due, the child will be removed from the program and the next person on the waiting list will be added. The person who signs the registration agreement is responsible for making sure the Out-of-School Time program balance is up to date.
