Registration for Sunday, March 28, 2021
● A total of 14 people will be allowed to attend the in-person class. Register by the deadline to secure your spot.

●  I request you cancel before Saturday, March 27, 2020 at 10;00pm. If you cancel after that time please consider paying the fee so I can cover rent.

● The Dance Complex is asking everyone to sign up for a community card. By filling out this form, I can send your info to the Dance Complex and you will have your new card on the day of your first in-person class.

● All virtual class attendees need to be pre-registration only, through MindBody.

● NO drop in classes (you will still be able to pay your Teaching Artist directly or use the class card you may have through them)

● Everyone will be required to wear a mask AT ALL TIMES

If you are experiencing any symptoms like cold or flu, please do not come to class and do not be embarrassed to cancel on the morning of class!
