CONDITIONS OF USE AND DECLARATION I declare that I: * Will return the aircraft in the same condition as provided to me, excepting wear and tear associated with normal operations. * Will be the only pilot flying the hire aircraft and that no other person will be permitted to operate the controls. * Shall comply with the Civil Aviation Regulations / Pilot’s Operating Handbook and understand that I shall become liable for all costs incurred in the event that the cover afforded by the owner’s insurance policy is lost due to my non-compliance. * Will not conduct Commercial operations or Cross hire to other persons. * Agree to pay the insurance excess of $3,000 (VH-USI/USL/USM/USQ/USP/VMY) and $4,200 (VH-IFJ) in the event of an insurance claim made by the owner for damage incurred to the hire aircraft. * Agree to fit security locks (where supplied) when aircraft is unattended and to reimburse the operator for any fines levied by DOTARS due to the locks not being fitted.
