CPW-UAW Local 4100, UAW Historic Referendum Pledge!
Starting on October 19, members will begin receiving ballots for a UAW-wide referendum on how to elect our top leaders in UAW. This important referendum could change the way officers of the UAW International Executive Board (IEB) are elected, from the current system (Delegate Voting System) where each Local elects a proportionate number of delegates who then vote for IEB officers, to an election where every UAW member votes directly for IEB officers (Direct Voting System).

IEB members make important decisions about organizing and the overall direction of our union, so deciding how they are elected is a fundamental part of building our democratic union. Every member’s vote is critical in determining the outcome of the election. Fill out to this form to commit to voting in this important referendum!
