I have either: *

Received two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID vaccine series, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine prior to 2 weeks before race day (October 30th or before).

Had a negative COVID PCR test within 72 hours of race day (test 7am or after on November 10th)

I will wear a mask at all times during any race activity, including pre- and post-race and at the expo. A mask is not required while running on the course for any participant.

Masks are required at the starting line for all unvaccinated volunteers and participants and may be removed as you cross the start line. *

Additional Precautions

• Masking at any indoor event per current Mecklenburg County mask mandate and on the Expo shuttle
• Starting line staggered and lengthened
• Hand sanitizer available on course at hydration stations and at the start and finish
• Volunteers masked and gloved for food and drink handling
• Finish line food vendors all masked when public facing and for food handling
• All medical personnel masked when indoors (tents) and also when public facing not indoors
• Hydration stations spaced out and no touch
• Medals to be given hand-to-hand (gloved), not around the neck
• Prepackaged post-race food for participants and the finish line, or gloved volunteer to hand out individual items. No self-serve for food/drink.
• Port-a-potties equipped with hand sanitizer
• Novant Health Event Medicine and Sports Medicine on site race day for any medical needs
