Cheer on our Team End ALZ athletes as they enter mile 17 of their 26.2 mile run!  We have 33 runners this year. The Alzheimer’s Association will provide volunteers with all kinds of spirit items like cowbells, clappers, etc. If you have purple or Alzheimer’s gear, we encourage you to wear it!

MBTA Directions
To join us in Newton, take the Green Line to the Woodland T stop.  Exit and take a left on Washington Street (Route 16).  Walk about 500 yards and you will see the Alzheimer’s Association cheering section on the Newton-Wellesley Hospital side of the road. Look for the tall purple Team End ALZ flag!

Driving Directions
You may park (1) along Aspen Avenue near Lasell College in Newton.  Walk to Washington Street and turn right to head towards Newton-Wellesley Hospital.  Or, you can (2) come out Beacon Street and park somewhere behind the hospital.  Walk up to Route 16 and turn right walking towards the hospital.  

Security & Road Closures
Please be aware of increased security and road closures.  We highly recommend taking a look at the area maps to figure out alternative driving routes. Parking and transportation may be disrupted, so leave extra time for travel and to find parking. Also, avoid bringing oversized bags, backpacks and other large items on the course.
