The QT Nightlife Crew wants YOU featured OR your ideas for future events. Rewards range from complimentary photoshoot to annual VIP passes. There is no 'end date' for this form, enter as often as you like.

Regarding the model search, we encourage ANY and ALL queer trans people of color to enter. We wish to celebrate all body types, sexualities, identities, age, and more. We intentionally want to expand BEYOND barely clothed able-bodied cis-men. We want YOU to be seen. Enter as an individual or groups up to 5 people.
