This application is for event space at Luscombe Farm in Anna, Texas on Sunday, April 2, 2023, and will become a contract between Luscombe Farm (hereinafter called presenter) and the undersigned representative below (hereinafter called exhibitor) upon acceptance by presenter and is based on the terms set forth below and on the rules and regulations which must be strictly adhered by the exhibitor, their employees, and representatives.

Vendors of potentially hazardous foods - including but not limited to meats, cheese, eggs, milk products, and certain manufactured foods needing temperature control are responsible for researching their own product and the licensing and permitting requirements for that product.

No multi- level marketing businesses.

Completed application and payment should be returned to Luscombe Farm, 8649 Luscombe Farm Dr., Anna, TX 75409. Deadline for application and booth fee is Sunday, March 12th. I will also accept Venmo payment:  @leslie-luscombe last four digits of phone number is 0814.

Requirements: Please join our Facebook page "Luscombe Farm Private Vendor Page".  This is where we will communicate amongst each other. We also ask that each vendor share our event with their contacts.

BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, I have read and agreed to abide by all the rules, regulations and policies set forth by Luscombe Farm, and federal laws/ ordinances, as well as, all of the Exhibitor Conditions in this contract. Any violation of this contract will result in legal action if necessary. I understand that Luscombe Farm holds the right for whatever reason to cancel this contract at no obligation, to change the event day, venue as needed and that all monies paid are non-refundable unless cancelation is 30 days prior to the event date. The individual hereby signing this contract warrants that he/she has been authorized to execute this binding contract and that the exhibitor named will continue to fulfill these terms even if the individual ceases to be a part of the exhibitor’s company. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Luscombe Farm and the exhibitor.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Payment in full is due with your application

You will not be permitted to set up unless your fee is paid in full

Vendors MUST NOT LEAVE until the end of the festival hours except in cases of emergency

Luscombe Farm reserves the right to reject any application

Luscombe Farm is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

Luscombe Farm reserves the right of placement for all vendors to ensure the success of the event

You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property

Vendors are responsible for their own trash. 

Food truck vendors must supply a trash can for their customers.
