San José Made's Five-Minute Small Business Survey for 2022 & Beyond (May 6 thru May 13)
Why are we doing this? As San José, CA continues to see significant growth and change, we find ourselves from time to time asked: What can we do to improve and positively impact the conditions for small businesses here in our community? Are there things we do that we should be doing more frequently or at greater scales? Are there things we aren’t doing that we should be doing?

We want to do right by you and the small business community here. It sounds cliche but it's no less true: We want to make sure your voices are heard and your voices directly influence the way the ecosystem for small businesses here can be grown, strengthened and sustained.

At the end of the month, our goal is to take your feedback back to our team and from there, create a set of actionable recommendations that we can use to better advise potential parties with vested interest in helping small businesses here in San José, the South Bay and the greater Bay Area. Not to mention, we hope to use our learnings to better position our own initiatives in helping small businesses here in San José, the South Bay and the greater Bay Area.

SURVEY RAFFLE FOR $500 IN SJMADE BOOTH FEE CREDITS
On Friday, May 13, 2022 at 12 PM PST, we will be randomly selecting one (1) of the fully completed surveys out of all the submitted surveys from now through then to win $500 in booth fee credits for SJMADE events in 2022 and beyond. We will use the email on this form to reach out to the winners and post the names of the selected business on our survey's website: https://www.sanjosemade.com/pages/small-biz-survey.

One full completed survey will get you one (1) entry into the raffle. Limit one (1) survey submission per business. Every time someone with whom you shared the survey completes a survey BOTH you and the person with whom you shared it will receive two (2) extra entries into the raffle. Only applicable for valid small businesses based in California within 150 miles of San José, CA. Your business name must be listed in the field of this survey's final question.
