LLRC Youth Program
The Youth Program is open to girls and boys from any high school or middle school in the area.  No experience necessary!  We will teach you everything you need to know about rowing.

Rowing is a great sport that combines a full body workout with aerobic training. Especially for female rowers, many college scholarship opportunities are available at schools with Division I programs. Rowing experience can also enhance your college application to Division II and III programs, as well as Ivy League schools.   It’s a great way to spend afternoons on the lake!

This survey will help determine the practice times and the squad organizations for the coming Fall 2020 season. Practices will start with 3 per week and scale up as the season progresses.

MIDDLE SCHOOL - will practice 3 days per week all fall.
HIGH SCHOOL - will begin with 3 practices/week for 3 weeks, then move to 4 and 5 days
per week as the fall progresses.

Please indicate ALL days/times that work for your athletes schedule!
