6th Grade Newcomers Club Permission Slip 2021
6th grade families, please fill out this form if you would like your student to participate in Newcomers club.  
 
The club will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:15 PM, beginning on Monday, August 29th through Wednesday, October 19th.
 
*Students MUST be picked up by 4:15, as supervisors have other obligations shortly after*
