  • Мы ежедневно тренируем навыки решения жизненных головоломок и принятия решений с помощью ТРИЗ, научимся взаимопомощи и работе в команде!

Photography and videography
Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs or video of children taking part in their camp for our promotional material, social media content and website videos. This content will be captured by our designated Bilingvi Marketing team. Please advise Bilingvi's administrators or management at the time of booking by email: hello@bilingvi.com if you have any objections to photographs being taken and used for marketing materials like banners, digital marketing or on our website.
Child exclusion
On rare occasions, a child proves incompatible with the general well-being of camp (e.g., bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, special needs not previously notified to Bilingvi management). We reserve the right to exclude such children. No refund will be made for any remaining camp, and any costs associated with the child’s exclusion, including transport home, will be the parent’s responsibility
Data Protection
You consent to Bilingvi collecting, using, retaining and disclosing personal data provided to Bilingvi, for the purposes of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of your child, and where necessary, for the legitimate interests of Bilingvi and ensuring that all relevant legal obligations of Bilingvi are complied with. You give your consent to such collection, use, processing and disclosure provided that at all times any collection, use, processing or disclosure of personal data is done lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012) ... You also consent to Bilingvi's affiliates issuing promotional materials to your email address as provided to Bilingvi for marketing.
Release of liability
I acknowledge that I will not hold Bilingvi and its employees and agents liable in the event that any accident, injury, loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or as a result of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and/or any event(s). This release of liability includes accident, injury, loss or damages to my child/children as well as, to other individuals or property which may result from my child’s/children’s participation in the event. I release and agree to indemnify Bilingvi and its employees and agents, from any claims arising out of my child’s/children’s participation in the camp and its event(s).

I confirm that all information provided in the online form is accurate and complete.
