Woman’s Healing Circle Retreat
Date/Time: Saturday November 2nd & Sunday November 3rd 10am - 3pm (Attendance Both Days Required)
Location: TBD
Leaders: Kali Lantrip, Ph.D., Liz May, Ph.D., Molly McDonald, Ph.D., Jessica Cooper, Psy.D., and Hope Andreason, Ph.D.

This will be a two-part series focused on self-care, coping skills, and creating community in order to reduce the experience of isolation, shame, and/or internalized blame that often occurs in the aftermath of Interpersonal Violence. This mini retreat is for female identified UCSB students who have experienced childhood abuse, sexual assault, dating violence, or other interpersonal trauma in their lives and are wanting to receive and provide support to their peers. The two days of healing will include group discussion, writing, sound, meditation and movement as well as sharing a meal (provided) with the goal of connection, support, and kindness to one another in the aftermath of betrayal.

This group requires a pre-screen and registration to hold your spot for the retreat.
