How much of a Nice Guy are you?
A quick multi-choice assessment to see how much you people-please in normal life.
Try to answer the questions as honestly as possible, choosing whichever answer BEST matches you.
At the end, add up you scores: each time you choose the first answer, you get 0 points. Each time you choose the second answer, you get 1 point. And each time you choose the 3rd answer, you get 2 points. Then, for the final question, you get an additional point for each of the beliefs you identify with.

How to score your results:
At the end, add up you scores for each question:

- Each time you chose the first answer, you get 0 points.
- Each time you choose the second answer, you get 1 point.
- And each time you choose the 3rd answer, you get 2 points.
- Then, for the final question, you get an additional point for each of the beliefs you identified with.

0-5 Points: You're not a Nice Guy, in that you don't have Nice Guy Syndrome or People Pleasing Syndrome (do the test again if your answers weren't honest)

6-11 Points: Moderate people-pleasing and Nice Guy tendencies/beliefs detected. You probably are compartmentalised - you only behave like this in certain situations or with certain people or in certain moods.

12-25 Points: You definitely have Nice Guy Syndrome and it quite seriously impacts your life in a negative way. It probably shows up in most situations unless you feel completely safe, reducing the quality of your relationships, stealing away great opportunities, and causing ongoing damage to your self esteem.
