Room 110 may be configured many different ways. If you use the help of Facilities for room setup, you must submit your setup request well in advance through Planon. You may move tables and chairs that are already in the room without the help of Facilities, but please be cautious as you move furniture through this historic space.
All space must be returned to its default setup at the end of the event.
Furniture available: By default, room 110 and the neighboring seminar room 106 contain about 40 chairs and 8 tables. Additional furniture is stored in room 103. You will need to submit a facilities order to bring furniture from 103 into rooms 110 and 106.
