2021/22 PLAN Mentor Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time to mentor the next generation of planners in the Sacramento Valley region as part of the PLAN Sac Valley mentoring program.

To be considered for this program, please fill out the following application by Friday, October 22, 2021 at 5pm.

The information you provide will be used to help us match you with a mentee. Please be as detailed as possible and provide us with any information that may be helpful as we conduct our review and matching process. We strive to create the best match possible for each mentor/mentee pair. Please note that we may not be able to match every potential mentor with a mentee.

HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY BEEN A MENTOR IN THE PLAN PROGRAM? - If you have previously served as a mentor in the PLAN program and/or applied to serve as a mentor, you may contact us at PLANSacValley@gmail.com for your original application.
