At-Home Covid-19 Test Kits

In anticipation of increased travel for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has provided additional at-home COVID tests for families who want them. There is no testing requirement in our schools; this is an entirely voluntary program. Families with students in any of our K-8 schools that want at-home tests need to fill out this form (only once per household is necessary) before Wednesday, November 16. Tests will be sent home with requesting students by Tuesday, November 22.
