2020-2021 School Year Survey for Parents and Guardians for Grades 6-12.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has changed their guidance and requirements for schools.  In order to bring all students back to in erson learning 5 days a week, we must decrease our social distancing to 3 feet during class times and 6 feet at lunch.  Students will be required to wear face masks at all time with the exception of the lunch period and mask breaks.  We are asking parents/guardians to make a commitment so that we can ensure proper levels of staffing in order to provide the highest quality of education possible, regardless of the model.

If you feel you need more information in order to make this decision, then please visit www.QRSD.org.
