Declaration
I declare that I have read, understand and accept the DofE Presentation, DofE Launch Letter, DofE Scheme Information and DofE Calendar. I understand the expectation placed on me regarding completion of the logbook on eDofE. I understand that I will be expected to meet deadlines and that if I fail to meet these deadlines my first choice of expedition may be compromised. I understand the expectations of my behaviour and acknowledge that failing to meet these expectations may result in being asked to leave expedition. I understand and accept that the fee paid is non-refundable in the event of me withdrawing from the Award Scheme, for whatever reason. I apply to be enrolled on the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Bronze Award Scheme at Aylesbury Grammar School:
