HSB - Funding Request Form
The HSB Alumni Foundation is committed to supporting all extra curricular activities at HSB as they are the foundation for prosperous student life. If you have an activity that requires funding (not purely athletic), please submit this form for consideration.

After filling out this funding request, it will be added onto the agenda for the next HSB Alumni Foundation Executive Board meeting.If approved, we will contact you via email to confirm the funding and a cheque from the HSB Alumni Foundation will be sent to the school. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at hsbaf@outlook.com.

Please be advised that any equipment, materials and/or jerseys purchased with funds provided by the HSB Alumni Foundation will become property of Howard S. Billings Regional High School.
