A group of committed non-Black parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who want to hold open dialogues to understand the challenges their Black children may be facing in their lives growing up in America. A space that is open and honest moderated by BYLP staff and parents specifically focused on the Black American child experience.

This is a safe space created for respectful dialogue meant to challenge long held ideologies and to answer questions in a non judgmental fashion.
