SSO Meal Order Form

The free breakfast/lunch meal program has been extended through the 2021-2022 school year.

By completing this order form, parent/guardian acknowledges that breakfast and lunch meals are being ordered for students ages 5 to 18 years old and understand that meal offerings may vary based on commodity availability.

Important: Meal order cut off time for each Monday pickup is the preceding Friday at 10am. Meal orders submitted after 10am on Friday will not be available until the second Monday. Pick up of meals will be on Monday at the High school commons from 5:00-5:30. If meal pick up falls on a holiday, meals will be picked up on Tuesday instead.
