Thank you for your interest in the Sacramento County Office of Education's (SCOE) 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA) leadership coaching. We are currently recruiting coaches to serve site, teacher, and central office leaders in the 14 counties located in the Placer-Sacramento Geo-Region (see list below). Coaches in SCOE 21CSLA support leadership development for equity, continuous improvement, and developing a culture of collaboration.
