Editorial Coordinator Application Form
TenEighty Magazine is a volunteer-led publication that has become the most trusted voice within the UK YouTube community, and it wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team.

The Editorial Coordinator role sits at the heart of everything we do, supporting our editorial team across our various sectors. You will also work with our co-editors to launch upcoming projects, research current trends and help engage with our audience in new ways.

This voluntary role provides a great opportunity to learn how a digital and print magazine work - as well as giving you the chance to make a real impact on TenEighty and the UK YouTube community. You will be involved in speaking to PRs and talent managers, helping to organise events and contributing to make TenEighty the best it can be.

A great Editorial Coordinator has the ability to manage several projects at once, present themselves professionally and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table. You'll also have a good business sense, because at the end of the day, our editorial initiatives help to boost our team's overall performance and output.

As volunteers, we only ask that you aim to commit a few hours per week, but there is flexibility. We anticipate your involvement per week would be no more than 3 hours as an Editorial Coordinator.

Everyone within our team - from our writers up to our editors - volunteer their skills to TenEighty because we’re passionate about championing the UK YouTube community and believe it deserves a free independent press. Any profits made are invested back into the business for our annual print magazine and wider digital operations.

As a volunteer publication, we’re committed to training our contributors through regular feedback and monthly team sessions. This enables our team to train their skills, attend YouTube industry events, gain networking opportunities and ensures their work is seen, shared and commented on by creators and the wider YouTube community.

The application process for this role includes a second stage with a short e-tray exercise.

If you’re interested, fill out the form below and we'll be in touch if we'd like to progress your application. Good luck!

Your answers will be used by our editors to assess your suitability to join our team and may be retained indefinitely as record of your application. For more information, review our privacy policy: http://teneightymagazine.com/privacy/
