We are excited that you are interested in applying for this year's CREATE workshop. The CREATE workshop is an opportunity for Early Career Researchers within the European Health Psychology Society (EHPS) to learn and connect just before the EHPS conference in Cascais.

This year, the CREATE workshop will bring wonderful insights on Patient and Public Involvement in Health Research. For more information about the workshop including dates, facilitators, etc. see our website.

The fee for the workshop is €140 or €100 (reduced fee). A reduced fee (€100) is applicable for people living in a country classified as a low or middle income country by the World Bank.

Details for payment, including deadlines, will be forwarded to you following successful acceptance. 

Places in the workshop are limited and, if applications exceed the available places, an assessment will be made based on: i) number of times the applicant has attended the workshop (priority will be given to first time attendees), ii) career stage (priority will be given to Early Career Researchers), iii) motivational statement describing interest and fit between workshop topic and work, and iv) diversity in country of affiliation.

Please note that, in order to be accepted for the workshop, you will need to be a member of the EHPS. You will be asked to indicate your EHPS membership number in the application form. If you are not a member yet, your can apply for membership at the EHPS website now or after a conditional acceptance to the workshop.

Deadline for applications is May 31st, 2024. Acceptance emails will be sent out after this date, please keep an eye on your email!
