Community Picks (CoPi) flow:

1. Any token team can schedule a CoPi time at the DEX gem chat group.
2. Once the schedule is confirmed and the fee is paid. The CoPi time will be announced.
3. At the event, The host will ask 4–5 base questions about the project.
4. Then the community asks the project team directly for 30–40 minutes.
5. After the 30 minutes is up. The community will fill up a form to score the project. The form will only be open for 20 minutes.
6. We post the form submissions. Everyone votes on who has the best review. Top 4 wins USDT! Note that a positive and negative review can win.
7. The reviews will be posted here in our Medium blog.
8. The cost for a Community Picking is $800 USDT for the first 20 projects with $200 going to the prize pool, $200 going to the host and the rest as admin fees.The $400 will be used by the admin to market buy the tokens if the reviews are great!
