Mindfulness, Contemplation & Reflection
These sessions offer an opportunity to engage in mindfulness practices and to reflect on Buddhist wisdom teachings that provide a rich theoretical basis for mindfulness practices. The sessions are facilitated by Nandini Karunamuni, a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and a Buddhist Chaplain at the University of Alberta.

The sessions are free of charge, and are currently held on the first Thursday of every month at 11:00am to 11:50am. To participate and to receive zoom links, please enter your name and email address below.
