These sessions offer an opportunity to engage in mindfulness practices and to reflect on Buddhist wisdom teachings that provide a rich theoretical basis for mindfulness practices. The sessions are facilitated by Nandini Karunamuni, a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and a Buddhist Chaplain at the University of Alberta.
