We're thrilled that you would like to volunteer to join us at Hempsall Farm Vegan Glamping Site and Animal Sanctuary.  Please complete the information below and we will get back to you.

We ask volunteers to help out for up to 5 hours a day for 5 days of each week.  The other two days are yours to enjoy.  Tasks will be a mixture of animal care and land management as well as helping with the veg plot (we share any home grown produce with you during your stay as seasonably available) and glamping site.  No two days are the same. 
We encourage you to hang out with the sanctuary animals and spend time in nature as much as possible, disconnect from your devices and enjoy a slower pace of life.  There is wifi and tv in the accommodation however!

We value transparency and so if you are struggling with mental or physical health please do let us know.  Time in nature and with animals can be incredibly therapeutic and so we want to be able to provide that for anyone that needs it, but we also need to ensure that we can keep everyone safe and happy, so please help us to help you by being open with us. Transport.
Let us know if you will be arriving by public transport or if you have your own vehicle.

There is no cost to volunteers.  We provide accommodation in a comfortable static caravan located in our private woodland. We also provide plenty of groceries so that you can prepare your own meals as you prefer. There are shops in the nearby village if you need anything in particular.
We are a vegan site and so of course no animal products are to be consumed here.  We are not a good fit for non-vegan volunteers, as our home is a sanctuary from a non-vegan world for us, as well as our animals.
