We can't wait to see you for Music Nashville, January 10-12, 2022!  This is not just any choral conference. We have assembled the very best line-up of publishers, speakers and artists to equip, encourage, and prepare you for ministry. This fast paced event will include reading sessions, express training sessions, worship, and amazing concerts.

Please read the information below carefully as you register for the conference so there will be no surprises later.

All fees are due at time of registration.  Once you have completed this form, a secure link will be emailed to you for your credit card payment. The link could take as long as 24 hours to arrive. Payment must be received within 3 days or your registration will be canceled.

Children's Choir Track:

Full Track for Children's Choir Workers
Monday sessions which are  specifically designated for children's choir/worship. Full track also includes entrance into the main conference on Tuesday & Wednesday to hear from other publishers & speakers. This also includes all music, sessions & meals & concerts.

Monday Track Only -

About these rates: We have assembled this conference at the lowest possible cost to cover your meals and all the other necessary details such as books, sound, lighting, housekeeping, etc. Because of this, we are unable to offer a reduced spouse rate or an associate rate.  All registrations will include the same benefits and will all be at the same price point. No additional meal tickets will be available outside registration.  A limited number of concert tickets will be available for the evening concerts at $5.00 each. All fees are due at time of registration. If this is not possible, you will need to contact or office for arrangements.

Each person must have their own registration form.  Do not add multiple people to the same form.  

Cancellations:
Should you have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund minus 25% of your full registration cost. Cancelations made after December 1, 2021 will not be refunded.

Should we have to cancel the conference, you will receive a refund minus $5.00 to cover administrative costs.

Other Information:
During what has been a difficult season for both the Church and choral music publishers, we look forward to welcoming you to a rich a robust event. We believe worship is a lifestyle and not about any particular denomination or genre of music.  To be respectful to the wide variety of publishers, we are asking you to be present and attentive in each session.  Do not leave a particular session because it is too traditional or too contemporary based on your particular music/worship style. Be engaged and support those publishers that have held on during an incredibly difficult season.  To receive your music packet, you must be present in the session. Packets will not be distributed prior to or after any sessions where you are not present.

Please do not exchange music with other attendees. You will have the opportunity to purchase music for your choir or praise team at a reduced rate at the conference. We want to operate with full integrity for those publishers that have made a great investment to bring you a rewarding experience.

Schedule:
While the full schedule is still under development, Monday and Tuesday will begin at 7:30 AM and will run straight through the evening concerts.  These days will be fast paced and filled with reading sessions, express training sessions, worship, & meals.

Wednesday is a 1/2 day bonus session which will include 2 main panel sessions with publishers,  song writers, and multi-gen worship leaders and a closing session of prayer and communion.
