COPPA (the Child Online Privacy Protection Act) was recently instated on YouTube and unfortunately it is requiring people to answer a difficult question : For kids or Not for kids? Videos made for kids make less money and have no way of going public as they cannot be searched, and owners of videos not made for kids can be sued for up to $40K - more than some people have.
