*Short Term Independent Study '19-'20
Independent Study is designed to help students stay current on classwork while they are away from the classroom for 3 or more days. Please fill out this form completely AT LEAST 5 SCHOOL DAYS IN ADVANCE of the planned absence. Stacey Owen will be in touch through your preferred method of contact approximately one week before the absence.  Two meetings will be set up, one before the absence to sign the contract and receive the classwork and an exit meeting afterward to collect the completed school work. One parent/guardian and the student(s) must be present for both meetings.
