Auction Item Soliciting Coordinator - This Leader will track donated items, (eitherPhysical or experiential) and manage our volunteers who will be collecting items that will be used in a silent auction. This would include asking local businesses for donations.
Ticket Sales Leader- Primarily set up and manage our GiveLively online ticket sale system for the event.
Advertising & Publicity - Planning and coordinating web and print media to promote the event. Might include event programs, signs etc.
Catering Coordinator - Procuring and planning our food and drink for the event.
Dean of Decor - Procuring and planning: table displays, linen rental, room atmosphere to support our theme.
Event Minion - General assistance with 'day of' tasks: setup/takedown, anything from balloon blowing to folding napkins.
