Please complete this form letting us know your child's specials classes requests for next school year.  We will make every effort to honor these requests; however, the master schedule may not permit all requests.  Please make sure that your 2nd and 3rd choices are ones that you can live with!  If you choose yearbook, you must complete an application form before you will be considered.
