The Trials of Miles Track Club is here to provide opportunities to athletes this school year. These opportunities will include plyometrics, running mechanics, speed development, & endurance training. The cost of this session with be $50 per athlete.

All athletes who participate must complete & turn in the club waiver.

  • Organized winter practice will start November 13th
  • This will be for all middle school & high school athletes
  • Practice will meet in the weight room of Pomona High School
  • Practice will start at 3:45pm on Mon. Tues. & Thurs.
