Teen Self-Care Kit:  Request Form
Fill out the request form to receive a Self-Care kit!  These kits are ONLY for Randolph teens in grades 7-12 (along with recent high school graduates).  Kits are only available for pickup.  Please make sure to include a valid email address so we can be in touch to coordinate pickup.

WHAT COMES IN THE KIT?
Kits will include stickers, a pin, a stress ball, a meditative coloring book with colored pencils and sharpener, a therapy workbook, a dot journal, a book of your choice (see below), several bookmarks, a note from Miss Melissa, resources for self-care, and information about library programs and resources.
