Q4 Update: Incentives - Uniswap v3 License Exemption
Uniswap's Accountability Committee for Deployments has consolidated a list of executed proposals in relation to v3 deployments, including those that have committed to financial and/or non-financial incentives here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lzKUkbnmFNGStZfT2ertUyleeGCDqYCscSM6AZIe3I0/edit?usp=sharing.  This form requests a quarterly update to monitor the status of the incentives committed by the proposal to the Uniswap community, and will be made available publicly ensure transparency and accountability at the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1s1wj3-pAPYFFGYas7C5xpQvAxBfMMqYWXMcVFooDOYY/edit?usp=sharing . 

The Accountability Committee is requesting that partners on executed Uniswap proposals who have offered Financial or Non-Financial Incentives to gain a benefit, including, but not limited to an Additional Use Grant, to complete the form by 31 October 2023. We also encourage other partners to provide updates on their v3 deployments as well.
