Survey to assess print requirements - Oct 2021
To ask the people of Harwell Village whether they would like to receive a printed copy of the Harwell News.
We would like to make sure that those parishioners who are not able to access email, or find it hard to read a digital copy of the Harwell News, have access to a printed copy free of charge. Options available are:
1) reinstate the previous service and deliver to every house in the parish, however increased costs will mean a reduced printed version without colour pictures
2) identify who would like to have a delivered, printed copy of the Harwell News and only deliver to those addresses - some people may prefer to stay with email/online so this may be a more cost effective solution
3) establish 2 or 3 collection points in the parish where people can collect a copy if they want one and monitor how many copies are needed - this will reduce the burden on the delivery team
4) in addition to (3), identify who cannot collect a copy and offer a limited delivery service to the people who really need it
Please answer the first question and any appropriate subsequent questions. We only ask for your name and contact information IF you have asked to receive a printed copy.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
