We are so pleased to welcome you to The World Reimagined Learning Programme.

We are offering two schools in each of our host city access to an artist-in-residency programme spanning two years and free participation in our Globe Programme.

THE PROGRAMME:
An artist will support your school community to embed arts-based learning and anti-racist practice into your teaching, using art as a means to explore social issues. Our aim is to pave the way for ongoing arts-based learning and social justice dialogue within your school.

We will work closely with schools to ensure that the programme suits your school setting, timetabling and the way you would like to work with an artist.

OVERVIEW
TERM 1 > May- July 2022
- During the Spring/Summer Terms an artist will spend 13 contact days working with your teachers to deliver The World Reimagined Learning Programme and create your school Globe.
- Two teachers will be able to access an in-person Leadership in Teaching event externally delivered by The World Reimagined.
- Artists will deliver two CPDs to ensure that all teachers across the school benefit from the programme.
- Schools will exhibit their Globes in their local communities as part The World Reimagined events August-October 2022.

TERM 2 > October- November 2022
- Schools will receive a small stipend to take students to engage with The World Reimagined sculpture trail.
- Schools will participate in a cross-school sharing event, including local racial justice organisations.
- Artists will spend 7 days creating a new artwork with students in reflection on their experience of participating in The World Reimagined and connected to local community organisations working on racial justice.
- A co-developed report for each school will be produced on how they can further their engagement with arts-based learning and racial justice dialogue in the 3 years after their participation in The World Reimagined programme.
