RULES:
1) The provided dish MUST contain macaroni and cheese; however, you may use as many or as few ingredients as you desire.
2) One recipe entry per contestant.
3) Please plan to keep your mac & cheese dish warm during the event. We recommend a crock-pot type dish. We will have very limited warmer trays available for use.
4) The provided dish must accommodate 1-ounce samples for 75-100 people (approximately one XL sized crockpot).

Details: The event will be held on July 29, 2021. All participants should arrive at the Pavilion at Mount
Princeton Hot Springs to set up their dishes at 5:00 PM. The event starts at 5:30 PM and will conclude
7:30 PM. Please make sure to clean up your area, we greatly appreciate it.
