Hello my dear! I am only a few days away from launching my book "Self-care Isn't Selfish"

I can’t lie…I'm super excited about this and the launch is going to be a very important milestone for me.

I need to pick about 20 amazing people like you to form my book "launch team" to help me get the word out. Interested to know how this works?

My new book answers the question, “How can you take care of everything and everyone, and YOU, without feeling so overworked and overwhelmed?”

I got really cool, dynamic, and interactive things in and outside of the book as well that will help so many women around the globe change their minds about what self-love really means.

And I got a whole program also focused on self-care and self-love, but let's focus on the book for now!
