The purpose of this survey is to reflect on the missional efforts of a congregation. This is an opportunity for lay, clergy, and staff leaders to share their thoughts about how they are sharing the good news of Christ’s Kingdom. The intent is to celebrate congregational successes, explore challenges, and inform conversations about how to nurture generative ministry.
