Roommate Preferences

Each hotel room will hold a total of four students.

Please enter 3 individual names and DO NOT include yourself under Roommate.

Please do not enter the same name 3 times, there is 4 per room.

Other is optional, if you have other concerns, please use that space accordingly.

We will try to accommodate each student's request; students will have at least one student that was selected on their list as long as that student is listed on their form.

Please DO NOT enter one roommate, we need 3 names listed.

Students who do not fill out this form, I am assuming the student(s) do not have any concerns rooming with anyone.

We will do our best to accommodate each student's needs.

Unfortunately, after the due date we cannot accept changes.

Due by December 10, 2023, before midnight.
