East Iowa Bible Camp exists to encourage campers of all ages "To know Christ, and to make Him known"

The Junior Counselor program is a great opportunity for High School students to dig deeper in their relationship with God, serve others, be a part of a Christian community, learn lifelong work ethics and have a lot of fun at camp. Junior Counselor is a position that is partially paid and partially fundraised. We will ask you for at LEAST a THREE WEEK COMMITMENT, including attending training week with our full-time summer staff at the beginning of the summer, typically June 1st through June 7th. This position can be paid or volunteer. If applicant is 16 they will be paid a salary of $100/week. Applicants should be turning 16 prior to June 1, 2023. If an applicant will not be 16 yet, they can still apply if they would like to be considered for a volunteer role within Junior Counseling.

You will be contacted for an interview via email after two reference forms have been submitted. Interviews will be conducted by Video Chat (Skype, Face time, etc.) or phone call. If accepted for employment, you will receive a packet with details about the position. You will be required to sign and agree to all policies within the packet in order to begin work at EIBC.
